Working across large, matrixed organizations, I have successfully led strategic initiatives that aligned engineering, product management, and quality assurance functions. I have also facilitated team and program-level retrospectives, communities of practice, and large events using Open Space Technology and 'Training from the BACK of the Room!' frameworks. I hold certifications in Disciplined Agile, Scrum, and Design Thinking, and I continuously seek to learn and grow as a coach and leader.
